Recently, my wonderful Father brought over a package of Perdue Chicken Breast Cutlets for me to eat. It was the first time I had seen these fully – cooked chicken cutlets and now I’m very glad that I had the opportunity to try them. These cutlets are ideal for use in dishes such as Chicken Parmigiana and Chicken Cordon Bleu and they also taste great plain, or topped with gravy. Made with white meat only, these chicken cutlets contain no fillers and are not at all mushy.

Through the years, I have eaten many different brands of chicken cutlets. To me, Perdue Chicken Breast Cutlets seem to offer more of a real, fresh – chicken flavor than any other brand I have eaten, with the exception of Weaver breaded chicken. I have long felt that Weaver produces the best frozen chicken products, but after eating these cutlets, I would say that they are just as good as the Weaver products.
The breading on Perdue Chicken Breast Cutlets is gently – seasoned and does not over – power the flavor of the chicken. When you bite into one of these cutlets, it tastes very similar to a restaurant – style cutlet, such as the ones used in chicken parmigiana at many restaurants. These cutlets can be used in myriad ways. Their nice mellow flavor lends itself well to all types of accompaniments.
Packaging
Perdue Chicken Breast Cutlets are packaged in a black plastic tray. The tray is covered with a blue and yellow plastic film that features a see – through window. The package is easy to open and reclose and it is flat and easy to store. The container also includes a sticker that lists all relevant ingredient and nutritional information.
