Now that it’s getting colder around the country, many people will be pulling their tried and true Crock-Pots out of storage and preparing to warm their families bodies from the inside out. Crock-Pot meals are some of the quickest and easiest to prepare meals around. For all recipes, you will simply toss all the ingredients into the Crock-Pot, turn it on the heat setting you want (depending upon recipe requirements and how long you want it to cook) and let the Crock-Pot do its thing. A few hours later when your family is ready for dinner, a delicious meal will be waiting.

If you’re looking for quick and easy Crock-Pot dinners, then look no further! Here you will find a whole week of Crock-Pot recipes that will make your family drool. These seven recipes are fast, easy and delicious.

1)Beef Stew –

Ingredients:

1-2 lbs stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/4 cup flour

salt & pepper to taste

1 1/2 cup beef broth

1 clove minced garlic

1 bay leaf

3 carrots sliced

3 potatoes, diced

1-2 onions, chopped

Directions:

Place the meat into the Crock-Pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat. Stir until meat it coated. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or cook on High for 4-5 hours. Be sure to stir the stew thoroughly before serving.

2)Ham & Potatoes Au Grautin –

Ingredients:

2 cups of diced extra lean ham

4 cups raw diced potatoes

1 cup chopped onion

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can of Cream of Chicken or Cream of Celery soup (10 3/4 ounce can)

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard

Directions:

Spray your Crock-Pot with butter flavored cooking spray. Combine ham, potatoes and onion. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over top. In a small bowl, combine cream soup, pepper, parsley and mustard. Add this soup mixture to the potato and ham mixture. Mix well to combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Stir well before serving.

3)Beef Stroganoff –

Ingredients:

1lb ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 package of brown gravy mix

8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce can)

1 1/4 cup water

1 cup sour cream

12 ounce package of egg noodles, cooked

Directions:

Brown ground beef and then drain it. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, brown gravy mix and 1/4 cup of water to pan and stir to mix well. Pour ground beef mixture into Crock-Pot. Add mushrooms, onions, soup and remaining 1 cup of water and stir well. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Before serving, mix in sour cream and stir well. Serve over hot egg noodles.

4)BBQ Sandwiches –

Ingredients:

Boneless Pork Roast

BBQ Sauce

Hamburger Buns

Directions:

Place pork roast in Crock-Pot. Pour BBQ sauce of your choice over pork roast. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours. After roast is done, remove from Crock-Pot, shred with fork and place meat back into Crock-Pot. Heat for 10 more minutes, or until heated through. Serve on hamburger buns.

5)Meatballs –

Ingredients:

1lb lean ground beef

1 egg

1/2 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

1 jar of pasta sauce, or homemade sauce

Directions:

Combine ground beef, egg and bread crumbs. Shape mixture into 12 meatballs. Arrange meatballs in bottom of Crock-Pot and pour pasta sauce over meatballs. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or HIGH for 4-6 hours until meatballs are done. Serve over pasta or on Italian rolls as a meatball sandwich.

6)Lasagna –

Ingredients:

1lb ground beef

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 jar of pasta sauce, or homemade sauce

1/3 cup of water

8 lasagna noodles

1 can of mushrooms, 4 1/2 ounces

1 container of ricotta cheese, 15 ounces

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Brown beef, drain and mix in Italian seasoning. Mix pasta sauce and water together. Spray Crock-Pot with cooking spray. Place 4 uncooked lasagna noodles in bottom of Crock-Pot. Layer with beef mixture, pasta sauce and mushrooms. Spread ricotta cheese evenly and sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Layer with remaining noodles, meat, sauce mixture, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Reduce heat and cook on LOW for 5 hours.

7)Sweet & Sour Chicken –

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces

5 ounces LaChoy Sweet and Sour Sauce

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

8 ounces pineapple chunks in juice, drained (reserve 1/4 cup juice)

2 tablespoons brown sugar

16 ounce bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables

Directions:

Spray Crock-Pot with non-stick cooking spray. Add chicken chunks; season with garlic powder and onion powder. Stir in the sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks, brown sugar and the 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours. Add frozen vegetables during the last 30 minutes of cooking and cook on HIGH for those last 30 minutes. Serve over rice and enjoy!
