Methods to Help Lift Saggy Breasts

Breast Lift, Sports Bra, Sports Bras

While there is not much one can do to change the actual structure of their breasts (aside from getting plastic surgery), there are quite a few tricks women can use to make their breast appear firmer and higher.

Here are a few natural ways to lift saggy breasts.

Try Using Bra Clips

You might have seen these advertised lately. It is a little clip that you hook your bra straps into to hide your straps when wearing sleeveless shirts or tank tops. That is not all these little clips are good for, however. By pulling your straps inward toward your back, they pull your bra up and back and give you an instant breast lift. This was one of my favorite discoveries.

Granted it takes a few practices to get the contortionist move down of getting your straps in the clip, but once mastered it is amazing how much better you will look. This is a fast and easy way to look better in everything from evening wear to your favorite T-shirt. (If you want an example of how this will look, simply grab both of your straps behind your neck and pull them together. Watch the instant, yet comfortable lift. This is what the clips will do.) You can find out where to located these clips in the resource section.

Use a Sports Bra

Sports bras not only give the proper support needed when exercising but they can also do wonders for making your breasts look tighter and higher because they have more support than regular bras. If you are dressing casually, wearing a sports bra underneath your clothes can make an amazing difference. Be sure to get a good-fitting one however, because some sports bras can flatten your chest.

Exercise

Again while there is not an exercise that can actually firm the breast, there are exercises you can do to tighten the underlying and surrounding muscles.

One of the best types of exercises you can do is a modified pushup.

To start, lie on your stomach. Then bend your knees and cross your ankles. Place your palms on the floor with your elbows bent. Make sure that your hands are a bit to the side and in front of your shoulders.

Slowly lift your body by straightening your arms so you are now balanced on your palms and knees. Tuck your chin slight in towards your chest so your forehead is facing the floor and tighten your ab muscles.

Now slowly bend your elbows and lower your body at the same time. Only lower until your arms are parallel to the floor (do not try to push your chest to the floor).

Then gently push back up. Do not go up too far to where you will lock your elbows and try to keep neck and head steady and relaxed.

Try to do 8 to 15 reps of this exercise 2 to 3 times a week and you will start to feel and see an improvement in your pectoral muscles which will appear to raise your breasts higher.

Another exercise you can try is the old fashioned one girls used to do when they were younger. It is easy, can be done just about anywhere and helps build up the muscles on the sides of the breast. Simply put your hands together as if you are praying with elbows out to the side. Now push your hands together as tightly as you can and hold for 5 seconds before releasing. You will instantly feel the contraction of the muscles. Try doing this about 25 times a couple of times a week.

Vitamins

Adding supplemental vitamins to your diet can also help make your breast look healthier by boosting your skins elasticity.

An efficient amount of Vitamin E is extremely important for healthy skin. So it Vitamin A and Vitamin C. If you do not believe that you have enough of these vitamins included in your current diet, supplemental vitamins will greatly help in improving your skins tone and texture.
