Make Money – Be the Next Great Inventor

Many of us want to be the next Albert Einstein, wish to be the next one to invent something never heard of. Oh and of course, we want to receive accolades, praise and a lot of money. What are some of these inventions? I would like to share with you some of my ideas – generated by myself and immediate family members (husband and sons). These are ideas that we wish someone (anyone out there) would create.

1. Car Not Run By Gas

OK folks – I’m not referring to cars run by electricity. It would be nice if we had cars fueled by water. I do not think anyone has invented this as of yet. Think of the benefits….no longer do we have to stand at the gas pump and place gas into the gas tank, no longer would we have to pay those outrageous prices (in my area $3.14 per gallon), no longer would we have to use our ATM debit/credit cards at the pump (which also charges a fee). In essence, we will no longer be slaves to gasoline stations (which also takes our money with the food choices offered). Rather, we can use the water located in our faucets, water located in our bottles – once again contributing to a “going green” society. If you are a budding scientist, please develop this idea.

2. No More Shampoo

OK Ladies and Gentleman, do you feel as though you are a slave to your shampoo bottle? We have to wash our hair daily, every couple of days, maybe once a week for some. That means going to the store and purchasing shampoo (Pantene – you are making money from me. I feel as though I can’t live without you.). Whatever the case may be, would it be great if we can use the products in our kitchen, place them in a bottle and develop our own home-made shampoo? Think about it. I bet you have vinegar in your cupboard that has been sitting there for months (I do). Perhaps you have baking soda or distilled water that has been sitting there for years. I know all of us have water from the faucet. Why not someone teach us how we can make a shampoo using the products at home? Create it then teach others. I would pay for this recipe – especially if it saves me money in the long run. Chemists, chefs…..develop this idea!

3. Dog (or Cat) Petting Machine

OK, I love my dog and I am always petting her. She cuddles with me and I massage her back. At times, this causes her to sleep in my arms. I do love these moments with my dog. However today, as I was trying to locate a paper on the floor, she kept jumping on me, placing her mouth against my face and wanted individualized attention. I asked my son if he could please pet her so I can locate that paper. I must admit, she is spoiled so she always wants my attention. With that said, could someone please make a dog petting machine for those of us who have dogs that can solve this problem? Even now, she wants to be petted but I am trying to write this article (feeling guilty). I wish I had a machine that would pet her, if only for 15 minutes, so I can continue writing.

Those are a few of my ideas. I have to take a break because my kids and dog need me. I will come back and share more.
