If you don’t have a lot of time to bake, you will love the simplicity of using Libby’s Pumpkin Bread Kit. Even if you DO have the time to bake, you will still love Libby’s Pumpkin Bread Kit because it is absolutely delicious, and takes just like homemade. Add a few handfuls of chocolate chips, pour the batter in a cupcake pan, and you will have pumpkin chocolate chip cupcakes. No one will ever know they weren’t made from scratch.
When fall begins approaching, you may have a difficult time finding Libby’s Pumpkin Bread Kit in stores because it is a hot seller. You can usually located it at two possible locations of your grocery store. You may be able to find it where they stock the Libby’s canned pumpkin, or it may be on an aisle with the cake and bread mixes. Around the fall season, as well as Halloween and Thanksgiving, you may also locate this product on an end-cap or seasonal baking display.
Libby’s Pumpkin Bread Kit is one of the easiest ways I’ve found to do my holiday baking, but it doesn’t taste like it comes from a box. The pumpkin bread kit includes one can of pumpkin and a package of flour mix. It will make two pumpkin bread loaves, or pumpkin muffins, or pumpkin cake. I almost always add a few handfuls (or a bag) of chocolate chips to the batter when I bake Libby’s Pumpkin Bread Kit. The chocolate tastes delicious paired with the pumpkin, and the kit makes so many pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, that I always have enough to give to friends and family, while still having at least a dozen or two for our family.
To make the pumpkin bread, just follow the very simple directions and pour the batter into the pan of your choice. You’ll need to add eggs, oil and water, and if you follow my advice, also add a package of chocolate chips to make pumpkin chocolate chip cupcakes.
If you need to bring something to a church function, bake sale, fall festival, etc., you can’t go wrong with Libby’s Pumpkin Bread Kit. It turns out so moist and flavorful, everyone will just assume that you’ve made the pumpkin bread from scratch. When people ask you for the recipe, they will be amazed that the pumpkin bread came from a kit. (I know I was when I first tried them!)
If I was rating this product on a ‘star scale’ with 5 being the best and 1 being the worst, I would give it a hearty 5 stars! Give Libby’s Pumpkin Break Kit a try and you’ll see exactly what I mean.
