Lexington, Kentucky’s strip club scene has improved dramatically in recent years and seems to just keep getting better. Lexington’s strip joints range from local little places to outlets for big national chains. While not every strip joint in Lexington is one that you would go out of your way for, the four below are my favorite, all for different reasons. Platinum Plus

Platinum Plus, in addition to being a very sexy and high energy scene, is the kind of strip club that has taken care of all the details. Aside from some of the hottest strippers in Lexington, the club offers complimentary transportation (which might be important if you are drinking). It even offers Wi-Fi internet access, in case you want to bring along your, uh, laptop and do some work.
They have a fun concept, a TGIF celebration, except that instead of a Friday afternoon party, it’s actually a Thursday, or really, Friday, at midnight one. The attitude is that come midnight it is, after all, now Friday, and why not celebrate?
Platinum Plus offers Happy Hours specials Monday through Saturdays, with discounted drink prices and two for one lap dances. Amateur contests are held on the first Wednesday of every month and UFC and boxing events are shown on their televisions.
This is definitely a very fun place to be and a hot time with some of the friendliest and sexiest dancers around.
Cowboys

Cowboys is pretty much the textbook definition of a ‘no frills’ strip club. You are not going here for the luxurious environment, and you are also not going here because the girls are the hottest in Lexington. This is a Lexington favorite that is an adventure…and maybe it is a Lexington favorite BECAUSE it is an adventure.
If you are tired of the same old same old when it comes to strip joints, this one is like the proverbial box of chocolates…you never know what you’re going to get. Some of the strippers are hot, some not so much. Sometimes the beer is cold and good, other times it is not.
They usually have enough strippers working at any given time, but other times it can be a bit on the crowded side.
So how does this make the list of best strip joints in Lexington? Well, the lap dances are very inexpensive and very personal. The interaction you have with the strippers really matters and if your personalities click, you can have a very fun time. In many ways, this feels like an actual bar and you need to really work for attention. If that part of the ‘chase’ appeals to you, then this is a fun place that you may walk away from with some great stories. Then again, you may not.
D�j� vu Showgirls

D�j� vu Showgirls is part of a national chain that has made quite a big name for itself. Many believe that D�j� vu has the hottest strippers in Lexington, and it is hard to argue that fact.
This is a non-alcoholic strip club and that admits those 18 years an older. They are known for their shower dances, totally nude dancers and VIP room, which is a very inexpensive amount per hour, relative to what other strip clubs charge and relative to the overall experience (generally, the VIP room ranges from $250 to $300 for the hour).
This is a bachelor party destination and have different packages depending on size of the party and the budget.
Spearmint Rhino

Spearmint Rhino might be the trendiest strip joint chain today. It has several US locations and a couple in Europe. The US locations are known for featuring big name porn actresses and in Lexington, that is no small feat.
Spearmint Rhino offers a great menu, though doesn’t serve alcohol and therefore is an 18 and over club. It is a completely nude strip joint and clearly one of the very best in Lexington.
This is a very popular couples’ destination, as couples frequenting strip joints together has exploded in popularity in recent years. While Spearmint Rhino does not necessarily have a local Lexington flavor to it, nobody, from the locals to the visitors, is complaining as the women are sexy, the events are very fun (football game parties, amateur nights and poker parties among them) and the setting is stylish, contemporary and customer friendly.
