5. After a busy day or a late night party don’t be lazy make sure you wash off the make-up before you hit the sack. The left over make-up could clog the pores and cause rashes or pimples on the skin.

6. Make sure you include lot of fibre in your diet, as diet aids digestion and a healthy digestive system will show up on your skin.

7. Regular exercise also keeps your system toned and also helps in maintaining a beautiful skin.

8. A healthy diet also goes a long way in ensuring that you have a beautiful skin. Avoid oily and processed foods.

9. Don’t treat your skin like a guinea pig and experiment with all the well packaged creams and lotions available in the market even if your favorite celebrity has endorsed it. Only use tried and tested products that you have always been using.
