This one calls for two cups of fat-free ice cream, one small 20 oz can of crushed pineapple, one cup of skim milk, and teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla. Mix all ingredients until it is a desired consistency. You might sprinkle some cinnamon on top
