I then proceeded to pour the brownie mix into an eleven by nine glass pan. The brownie mix only covered about an inch of the bottom of the pan and looked rather skimpy. After placing in a preheated three hundred and twenty five oven, I set the timer for forty minutes as directed on the box. Thankfully, I checked the brownies after thirty minutes, because a knife inserted in the center came out clean. I was pleased to see that the brownies had risen beautifully and the dessert looked fantastic.
