Take your base flowers and decide what to utilize to make centerpieces for table arrangements. Remember that you will be using your base flowers in your bouquet, too.

Here is one of my ideas that I adore. I like deep red roses, breathtaking light Hydrangeas, and long pure white Calla lilies. These you could choose to adorn with simple evergreen boughs, golden bells, and green eucalyptus sprigs. This is a lovely theme for a December wedding event. You can even weave in holly in the arrangements.

Many people want to focus on a white and a snow look even in their flowers. You could choose snowball mums, dogwood sprigs, and sweet magnolia with soft babies breath and perhaps just a touch of ivy to add green to the theme. You could also mix a few snow white roses in. The entire look would smell wonderful and be reminiscent of snow and soft winter purity. The bouquets and arrangements could be adorned with ribbon of whatever color you choose but perhaps a sparkling gold or even a deep dark sapphire blue would be stunning for a strong wintertime statement.

Lilacs are often an option during a winter wedding. Depending on where you go the prices will vary. But they are fragrant and breathtaking in their simplicity. I also like Orchids but these can command a high price.
