Living in an indoor environment and depending on air fresheners for fresher smelling air means that your cells are wishing for fresh air, and when they do, it manifested in health issues. It’s good to air out the house once in awhile anyway, with fresh outdoor air, and especially if you are not going outside to exercise much. The oxygen nourishes the blood and the oxygenated blood nourishes every body organ and gland. You cannot be healthy without healthy organs and glands.

In a time when so many people are put on antidepressants, it seems like it would make more sense to get one’s exercise. One also can sleep better after having done exercise. Many people also take sleep medications. Why not just exercise, feel good from that, and then sleep more soundly?

Also, what is used becomes stronger. Exercise strengthens the respiratory system – helping to expand the lung’s capacity, and it also strengthens your muscles. It can have a hand in preventing osteoporosis because it can help to make bones stronger. This is important because of the epidemic of osteoporosis. Exercise also strengthens your heart, and it helps your bowels to move properly, which can help prevent colon cancer. It also moves the lymph through the lymphatic system, strengthening your immunity, and this will help defend against cancer.

For more advantages of exercising, go to Google and search. But for now, you have a few concrete reasons why exercise needs to be on the top priority list. Wouldn’t it make more sense instead of paying hundreds or thousands of dollars for medical insurance, to instead, do an activity that has multiple benefits? Start by parking the car a bit farther away from the entrance when you shop.
