Buying Ed Hardy Merchandise for Less

Baseball Caps, Christian Audigier, Ed Hardy, Tee Shirts

I got into Ed Hardy clothes and accessories about a year ago. I saw my mom (yes I said mom) wearing a nice short sleeve Ed Hardy tee shirt with rhinestones and thought “That looks cool!” So I began to check out his fashion line with Christian Audigier on line and in the malls. Then I saw the price tags. Yikes!! $60 and up for a tee shirt? $80 for an Ed Hardy belt? $60 for an Ed Hardy baseball cap? Oh well. Guess I’m not buying Ed Hardy.

Wrong!

I decided to do a little shopping research to see if I could get his stuff on discount. To my pleasant surprise, I found several chain stores that sell Ed Hardy merchandise for minimum 25% off retail price. So far, I’ve bought a pair of sneakers, three tee shirts, a canvas tote, and a pair of socks. If I paid retail for these items, they would have cost me over $400. Instead, I got everything for about $175! Yep that’s right, I saved well over 50% on all authentic Ed Hardy Merchandise. So where can you find these Ed Hardy bargains? Come, step into my office and I’ll show you.

One of the best stores for discounted Ed Hardy merchandise is Annie Sez. This store is known for carrying women’s designer clothes for less. And they get a healthy supply of Ed Hardy stuff several times a year. They carry handbags, short and long sleeve tee shirts, scarves, belts, and baseball caps. I bought two Ed Hardy shirts, an Ed Hardy canvas bag, and a small .25 ounce Ed Hardy fragrance spray and spent a little over $100. The canvas bag is still selling on the Ed Hardy store website for $75! It was marked down at Annie Sez to $40 and I had a 20% off coupon. If you register your email address with Annie Sez’s website, you’ll get coupons and other special deals sent to you.

If you have a Marshall’s near you, definitely check their racks. This designer discount department store is owned by TJ Maxx. They get tons of Ed Hardy tee shirts for men and women every season, and usually sell them for half price. I’ve seen some really cool looking ones for as little as $29.99. However, I usually only see Ed Hardy tee shirts at Marshall’s and not too many other accessories.

For those who live in the New York/New Jersey area, check out Century 21. This legendary NYC department store built its reputation on selling designers for less. They too get a very good selection of Ed Hardy merchandise every season, including clothes, socks, sneakers, baseball caps, and scarves. Ed Hardy stuff moves very quickly in this store, especially the accessories. So check in frequently. I picked up a pair of Ed Hardy socks there last year for $10 and they normally sold for over $20. Needless to say, when I went back to the store a few days later, every single pair of Ed Hardy socks were gone.

And don’t rule out the higher end department stores! I was just flipping through the sale racks at Bloomingdale’s the other day and found a great short sleeve Ed Hardy tee with the panther design on it for $31. That’s half price! In this economy, every store is trying to give its customers bargains. So take advantage of the rare sales.

Buying Ed Hardy merchandise doesn’t have to cost a bundle. If you don’t mind getting something from one or two seasons ago, you can save quite a bit of money and look great.
