Tautphaus Park Ice Rink, Idaho Falls, Idaho. The Parks and Recreation Dept at Idaho Falls regularly works to maintain this recreation gem of the city of Idaho Falls. There is a lot going on here during the summer months that draws a constant flow of visitors. There are multiple ball fields, play areas for the younger kids, even a Funland with carnival type rides.
