Group aerobic exercise classes are offered daily including specialty classes such as Yoga, Spinning, Mat Pilates, Kickboxing and Aqua Aerobics. Once regarded as the hangout of the true weight lifting gym rats and bodybuilders, Gold’s Gym has attempted to reach out to the average fitness enthusiast by offering cardio classes, personal training, on-site child care and a variety of other specialty fitness classes to members similar to those of competing fitness centers. This facility lacks aquatic facilities and sports courts but true to its heritage, it is hard to beat the selection of free weights and weight training machines offered at Gold’s.
