Apples make a great looking centerpiece and come in many varieties. Apples come from all over the United States. The most favorite apple is the world famous apple known as:

RED DELICIOUS
Bright red in color, Firm and rather crunchy to taste. It is the crown jewel of all the apples.
GOLDEN DELICIOUS
Also known as: The all purpose apple, Golden thin skin, sweet tasting with a slight sour twist. Large to medium in size. Many uses such as baking, in hand eating, snack bag.
GALA and COURTLAND
Both are juicy and crisp, Very snappy. Use for cooking, baking, and eating. The courtland is a deep red in color. The Gala apple is sorta tarty.
