Car seats are probably the one of the safety products I have purchased more of than any other. With four children, I have gone through my share of brands and styles. The Evenflo Chase Comfort Touch Booster Seat is one of the best.

In recent years, cars have been manufactured with permanent hooks with which a consumer can attach a car seat or booster to increase the level of safety for their child. The Evenflo Chase Comfort Touch Booster Seat is the first booster I have purchased with this added security. A definite plus for the safety conscience consumer.
The Evenflo Chase Comfort Touch Booster Seat is not just a booster. The car seat comes with a pre installed five point harness for younger children as well. The car seat has set specifications for children up to 40 lbs with the five point harness and up to 100 lbs as a booster. For the price point of $55.00, the consumer will not have to buy a different car seat when their little one outgrows the harness.
The Evenflo Chase Comfort Touch Booster is also adjustable for a growing toddler. When in use as a booster, the seat offers two height sensitive seat belt guides. The guides help to better position the shoulder strap in the correct place on a toddlers body. With two three year old twins, one of average height and one WAY about average height, I am able to use the same car seat for either by simply moving the shoulder strap to the higher guide.
The comfort part of the product name does not lie either. The Evenflo company has managed to manufacture this seat with a velvetesque material that is easy to clean and machine washable. Another great aspect of the seat. Unlike other booster seats I have tried, the cover on the Evenflo Chase Comfort Touch Booster is easy to remove, wash and reapply to the booster.
It was hard for me to find anything wrong with this booster. But, I finally found a couple of things that could be better. The armrests and the extremely straight seat back.
The armrests on the Evenflo Chase Comfort Touch Booster are flimsy at best. While my children have yet to break these arms, I have no doubt that with a little time and frustration, they will manage to break them quite easily enough.
The only other negative I found was probably just secure design. When a toddler falls asleep in the Evenflo Chase Comfort Touch Booster, their heads fall uncomfortably to the side. The extremely straight back does not make for the best sleeping comfort, but then again we are going for safety and not rest.
The Evenflo Chase Comfort Booster Seat is one great product. The safety features, cool fabric and design, as overall value for the price, make this product a five star consumer choice!
