Black Cherry Cola Jell-O

To make “Black Cherry Cola Jell-O” you will need to gather together the following ingredients;

• 4 ounces black cherries, canned and drained

• 4 ounces crushed pineapple, canned and drained

• 3 ounces cream cheese, softened

• 8 ounces can cola

• ½ cup pineapple juice

• ½ cup black cherry juice

• 3 ounce box Cherry Jell-O

Begin by heating the cola. Once it is hot, dissolve the Jell-O into it. After the Jell-O is dissolved, add in the cream cheese. Next add in the fruit and fruit juices.

Use a mixer to combine all of the ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a mold or serving bowl and place it into the refrigerator. Let it chill until the Jell-O is set. Serve it with a dollop of fresh, whipped cream if desired.

Skinny Cherry Cheese Pie

To make “Skinny Cherry Cheese Pie” you will need to gather together the following ingredients;

• 21 ounces chilled cherry pie filling

• 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese

• 14 ounces sweetened condensed skim milk, fat free

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/3 cup lemon juice

• 6 ounce prepared graham cracker pie crust, reduced fat

Take out a large mixing bowl and add to it the cream cheese. Mix the cream cheese on high until it reaches a fluffy and light consistency.

Slowly beat in the condensed skim milk, followed by the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Once the ingredients have been well combined and have a smooth texture, pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.

Place the pie crust in the refrigerator and let it chill for four hours. After the pie filling has set, remove the pie from the refrigerator and pour the cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese filling. Serve the pie with a dollop of fresh whipped cream if desired.

Fat Cherry Chocolate Cheese Cake

• 16 ounces cherry pie filling

• 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• 1 cup granulated sugar

• 6 eggs

• 9 ounce prepared chocolate graham cracker pie crust

Begin by placing the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla into a mixing bowl and mixing them until they are well combined. Next, one by one mix in the eggs until the mixture is well combined and smooth in texture.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and then place the pie into a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 25 minutes.

Once the pie is done baking, let it cool a bit and then top it with the cherry pie filling. Place the pie into the refrigerator and let it cool for a minimum of two hours before serving.

Cherry Chocolate Cake

To make “Cherry Chocolate Cake” you will need to gather together the following ingredients;

• 21 ounce can of cherry pie filling

• 1 box chocolate cake mix

• 1 tablespoon cinnamon

• Eggs

Begin by placing the cake mix, cinnamon and pie filling into a mixing bowl. Lightly mix the ingredients together and then add in the number of eggs indicated on the cake mix box. Mix the ingredients until well combined. Cooks should note that the batter will be stiff.

Spoon the batter into a non-stick or prepared cake pan and bake according to the directions on the cake mix box.

When the cake is done baking it can be either frosted or dusted with cinnamon and sugar before serving.
