With all of the hype about the world ending, which it didn’t, here is a list of some world ending movies to enjoy now that the world did not end:
1. “Armageddon” – A group of men must travel to an asteroid and blow it up before it hits earth.
2. The Matrix” series – The Earth is wasteland and people are used as batteries to power the machines.
3. “Resident Evil” series – The Umbrella Corporation has found a way to turn humans and animals into zombies.
4. “The Terminator” series – Robots from the future are sent back in time to kill the man that is in charge of the human army that fights against them.
5. “The Book of Eli” – A man must deliver a book of importance across a wasteland before anyone gets their hands on it.
6. “Hunger Games” series – In the future Districts must select teenage to battle to the death on a live TV broadcast.
7. “I Am Legend” – A man who appears to be a sole survivor of a zombie overthrow tries to find an antidote as well as any more survivors.
8. Seeking a Friend for the End of the World” – A man’s wife leaves him after a threat of an asteroid hitting the Earth is announced. He then travels to reunite with his high school sweetheart.
9. “The Road” – In a post-apocalyptic word a father and son try to survive.
10. Mad Max” series – A series about a former police officer in a barren world.
