Watching a Rockies Game at Coors Field

Coors, Coors Light, Fan Clubs, The Sandlot

Attending a baseball game at the Coors Field gives fans a fantastic view of the mountains while cheering on the Rockies team. The ballpark is located in the heart of downtown Denver. See the Coors Field seating chart for further details about seating for Rockies home games.

While at a Rockies game, guests will enjoy watching the Coors Field Water Feature which has seven fountains that shoot water 40 feet into the air. The fountain is fed by three waterfalls and is surrounded by native Colorado trees and plants. The water feature goes off several times throughout the game and is also launched after a Rockies victory.

One eye-popping food option at Coors Field is the Rockie Dog. The footlong hotdog comes smothered in toppings such as sauerkraut, peppers, and onions. The ballpark also boasts footlong bratwursts. The most unique food items at the park are the Rocky Mountain Oysters which are buffalo or bull testicles that are battered and fried.

Dining also includes two sit-down restaurants. The Mountain Ranch Club has reserved seating in indoor and outdoor areas offering both casual and upscale dining. Each table in the restaurant includes a personal television ensuring that diners are able to see all of the game’s action. The Blue Moon Brewing Co. @ the Sandlot serves micro-brews along with their delicious entrees.

Children attending a game will love meeting Dinger the Rockies mascot during one of his autograph sessions. The purple triceratops holds these sessions starting at the top of the 3rd inning through the middle of the 4th inning. These are held in the main concourse near center field. In addition to enjoying time with Dinger, kids will like visiting the Goddard School Playground off of the main concourse.
