The shelves at Disney’s Candy Company are lined with chocolates, Disney candies, and boxed and bagged Disney treats. Many of the Disney treats would make a great souvenier to take home. Special sour flavored cotton candy and small buckets of caramel popcorn are available for purchase.
Goofy’s Candy Company also has a showcase of Disney chocolates and individual candy and chocolate treats. Guests can purchase these candies and Disney treats at a price-per-pound rate. Guests who want a variety of small chocolates or treats might want to choose a few favorites to try. Candy and caramel Apples are made freshly made at Goofy’s Candy Company.
Another unique treat at Goofy’s Candy Company is the Disney character slush mugs. The Disney mugs have mix and match Disney character themed tops and bottoms. The Ultimate Candy Creation
Aside from all the other sweet reasons to visit Goofy’s Candy Company in Downtown Disney, the favorite, above all others, is the chance to design your own candy creation. Goofy’s Candy Company has a special make your own candy treat station where guests can choose from a variety of candy toppings to create their own candy coated treat.
The process of creating your own Disney treat starts by filling out an order form, which has a list of treats such as candy and caramel apples, pretzel rods and fudge filled Oreo cookies, to name a few. After choosing the base for the Disney treat, guests then select toppings such as white, dark, or milk chocolate drizzle, various nuts, crunched up candy pieces, or crushed oreos. The order form is then turned in to a Disney Cast Member at the counter, and guests can watch as their own Disney treat is created. The finshed product is presented in a small white box, complete with a Mickey sticker.
The cost for creating your own Disney treat is reasonable, starting at $3.50. The trio of pretzel rods is a good choice for families with more than one child. Once candy coated pretzel rod is filling enough for a treat.
