This awesome Vintage Wood Window Shutters window treatment is the simplest way to incorporate a vintage and colorful decoration into your home. Black fine tip Sharpie
Eye hooks
1 – 2 yards of ribbon
Hot glue
Scissors
Tape Measure
The first step is to measure how wide and tall the inside of your window frame is. Cut your sheet of paper out to the same size, as your window treatment will be. Use this as a pattern or guide to start laying out your Vintage Wood Window Shutters.
