Tantra
www.tantrasunset.com/
3705 W. Sunset Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA 90026
(323) 663-8268

Tanta is quite different from most Indian restaurants in Los Angeles. Think Indian restaurant meets hip Hollywood club and you have Tantra. Tantra serves Americanized Indian food. If you are looking for traditional Indian food, this is not the place for you. This restaurant is more about the atmosphere with its’ club atmosphere and full bar. The food is good, but not what one normally thinks of when they think of Indian food.

Tantra tends to attract a young, party type crowd. Prices range from about ten to fifteen dollars a person, not including drinks at the bar.

Tantra is not the place for everyone. I have included it because it is a popular place. Early to middle twenty something’s who are looking for a club scene that offers different food, tend to love this place.
