Sell Art

Coffee shops are a great place to hang out, meet new people, and just relax. Here are three amazing coffee shops in the Tulsa area that you are sure to love.

Nordaggio’s Coffee House in Tulsa is simply a wonderful place to relax. They have big comfy leather couches and a fireplace. The atmosphere is just amazing. It is clean, cool, and classic. The barista’s are very knowledgeable and friendly. They roast their own coffee beans, so you are always guaranteed a great cup of coffee. They also have some wonderfully yummy pastries and gelato. One of the only places in Tulsa I know that you can get fresh, homemade gelato. There are two locations- one on 81st and Lewis, close to Oral Roberts University, and another location at the Riverwalk in Jenks. With late hours, you are sure to always be able to get a great cup of joe.

Shades of Brown is located in Brookside and is a coffee shop coffee shop. It is very laid back. The art is one of a kind and better then most that you see in any coffee shop. There are many artist that sell art and little works of work through Shades of Brown. The barista’s are extremely friendly and are ready to help you with whatever you need. They have a limited variety of pastries, but those that they do have are sure to please. Most of the time, they also have local musicians performing on the weekends. When you go, you must ask for the Thin Mint- frozen. It is the girl scout cookie in a glass! So yummy!! Shades of Brown’s hours are 6:30am to Midnight Monday thru Thursday and 1 am on Friday. Saturdays they are open from 8 am until 1 am. With these hours there is almost no time that you can not get a cup of their wonderful brown brew.

The Coffee House on Cherry Street is exactly where it says it is- on 15th street nestled between Peoria and Utica. This wonderful coffee shop is rather on the large size but still screams comfy and cozy. There are many nooks and crannies to get lost in. The Coffee House on Cherry Street has many, many comfortable couches and chairs that are just asking to be curled up in with a good book and sat in for hours. Forgot a book to read? That is perfectly fine because they have quite the selection on their bookshelves just waiting to be picked up and read. The barista’s at the Coffee House on Cherry Street are over the top welcoming and very friendly. The drinks are to die for and if you are hungry, they have a small sandwich menu. They are open late hours as well, so if you get that bug for a cup of java, just head down to the Coffee House on Cherry Street and they will gladly serve you.

I hope you enjoy these wonderful coffee shops. All three are free Wi-Fi hot spots, so bring your laptop and you can get a little extra work or homework done in the comfort of coffee.
