If you’re looking for a great Queen bed skirt, then chances are (a) your current bedding set did not have a matching one available; or (b) you absolutely hate the one that came with it. Either way, there are plenty of options available for Queen bed skirts that offer style and versatility to match any room décor. This store, in my opinion, has the absolute best selection of bed skirts available. In keeping with its name, this store has an amazing variety of Queen-sized bed skirts and bedding. My favorite is the LNT Satin Pleated Bed Skirt (Queen – $39.99) in Gold, Ivory, Platinum or Red. This bed skirt isn’t just a bedding “accessory” – it could make even the most boring bedding ensemble sparkle. LNT also offers two varieties of bed skirt made with detailed Battenburg lace – the LNT Home Battenburg Soft Simplicity Bed Skirt (Queen – $19.99) and the Battenburg Bed Skirt (Queen – $34.99), both in white. Aside from these two unique options, they offers bedskirts embroidered, crocheted and in microsuede. Talk about options!
Bed, Bath & Beyond
This store has a great selection of stylish Queen bed skirts. The Scallop Dust Ruffle (Queen – $34.99) comes in a choice of white or ivory and would complement nearly any existing bedding set, with beautiful scalloped edging at the bottom. If you are looking for a delicate, feminine touch in a bed skirt, check out their White Eyelet Bed Skirt (Queen – $29.99) For a smooth look along the base of your bed, without the pleating or ruffling, my favorite is the Smooth Weave Tailored Dust Ruffle (Queen – $29.99). It runs smoothly along the bottom of the bed, instead of bunching or “ruffling” like some do. This Queen bed skirt also comes in several colors: black, white, ivory, sage, taupe, navy, yellow and spa blue. Another great pick for a smooth baseline is the Sateen Stripe Dust Ruffle (Queen – $34.99) which comes in black, white, ivory, brown, taupe, green, light blue, red and gold.
Target
Target is a wonderful place for up-to-date stylish home décor, and Queen bed skirts are no exception. They offer some bed skirt options that I haven’t seen elsewhere. Take, for instance, their luxury Savanna Velvet bed skirts (Queen – $119.99), available in Ivy, Natural, Brass and Scarlet colors. Or the Katmandu Bedskirt (Queen – $89.99) in burgundy or Kasbah Stripe Bed Skirt (Queen – $89.99) in paprika. Both are 100% polyester, machine washable and feature jacquard weaving with a ribbed surface.
JC Penney
This long-standing department store has plenty to offer in the way of bed skirts, but exactly what can you expect to find there? They have several ensemble-specific bed skirts that could easily complement other bedding sets, such as the Eve Reversible Bed Skirt (Queen – $29.99) which comes in seven beautiful and reversible lightly-patterned colors: Burgundy, Cool White, Driftwood, Dusty Jade, Jade Solid, Smoke Blue and Smoke Blue Solid. They also have the Classique Bed Skirt (Queen – $29.99) in solid Claret, Leaf Green, Mauve and Taupe. With such a wide selection of patterned and solid bed skirts, you will almost certainly be able to find one to match your bedding set at this store.
Bed Linens, Etc.
This online-only store sells only bed linens and accessories, offering a choice selection of queen bed skirts. Now, the only styles of bedskirt offered are (1) ruffled and (2) tailored (a smoother baseline). So, where does the “choice selection” lie? In the details, and lots of them. The bed skirts at this site can be ordered in thread counts of 200, 300, 400, 500 and 1000, with prices ranging from $43.00 to $263.00 each (frankly, I didn’t know 1000-thread-count quality even existed). They can also be ordered in lengths of 14″, 18″, 21″ and 24″. And the colors? If you can’t find one to match your décor here, then you probably won’t find it. All of these bedskirts can be ordered in any one of twenty-nine colors: white, bone, light blue, navy, sage, hunter, rose, burgundy, red, black, yellow, light purple, champagne, khaki, salmon, country blue, lime, chocolate brown, lavender, light pink, medium blue, orange, purple, rose, royal purple, turquoise blue, electric blue, Caribbean blue and mocha. Whew!
