This will defiantly help regulate your blood sugar levels in a very good day.

Cloves are not just for your health they can be good in food as well. If you boil a ham you can add cloves to the water and insert them into the ham it will enhance the flavor. Cloves can be added to many drinks to give them a nice sweet taste. You can add cloves to other meats and fish when you bake and broil them. So clove can be used for food and medicine it’s a super herb.
