You can easily recall, reprint and edit previous jobs. Convenient quality presets reduce time editing your document before scanning or copying it. Color scanning works similarly and the machine allows color copying to inkjet printers.
The Kip 700 comes preloaded with other time saving features as well. It already has tested and configured drivers for AutoCad 11 and Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit). It is fully Citrix ready. It allows you to preview your prints from your PC, the web, and allows you to calculate cost for reports on the functions you’ve used. The preview functions are basic WYSISYP with full image preflight and custom image placing.
You can print full jobs and an unlimited amount of files from anywhere. The Kip 700 is not browser dependent, so you’re not required to use a specific version of Internet Explorer to use the machine.
The security features are also impressive. The Kip 700 is fully Department of Defense compliant. You can schedule daily, weekly or monthly secure overwrites of previous data. Temporary conversion process data is permanently deleted as well as all remnants of image data.
Management of expenses has never been easier! The Kip 700’s full web interface and software can accurately generate reports on demand. These reports can be done in Excel format for easy viewing and then sent to your PC, laptop or even your cell phone. Reports can be done by projects or users, or by date and time.
