Get Enough Sleep

Maintain a regular sleep schedule. Do not stay up too late. If your stress is keeping you up late at night and making you restless, drink hot milk before going to bed. Think of wonderful thoughts and listen to some soothing music to lull you to sleep. Read a book or watch TV to help you doze off. Reduce caffeine intake hours before going to bed so that you will not have a hard time sleeping. Getting enough sleep can help you manage your stress by giving you a fresh start in the morning so that you can think clearly and be able to face and solve your worries.

Do some fun activities that you enjoy, and spend time with people who make you happy. Being with people help you build confidence and forget problems. Your good friends and loved ones will be there for morale support and offer guidance when needed.
