Sunbeam Warming Throw Product Review

I’m the kind of person who, once I get real cold, has a difficult time of getting warm again. That’s why my guy decided to buy me a warming throw so I can stay toasty warm this winter. Electric blankets are fine for the bed, but I wanted something smaller I can use when I’m working at my desk or when I’m relaxing in my recliner. Read this informative Sunbeam Warming Throw Product Review and find out all about it!

Product Description
Measuring only 50 X 60 inches, this electric throw is the perfect size for covering your lap and legs. Or, for putting across your chest, arms and shoulders! No matter where you get the coldest the Sunbeam Warming Throw has you covered!

The soft, fuzzy fabric is made of 80% Acrylic and 20% Polyester. This warmer is made with the ThermoFine® warming system, and it comes with the SlimStyle™ LED Control that has 3 warming settings. The Sunbeam Warming Throw comes with a user manual and has a 2- year Limited Warranty. It’s also listed by the Underwriters Laboratories.

Price and Availability
Guy purchased my Sunbeam Warming Throw at Wal-Mart for around $29.00. I’ve also seen them at Walgreens, Target, and on QVC.

According to the user manual, this product should not be used by infants, children, people who are weak or helpless, Diabetics, paraplegics, quadriplegics, people who have poor circulation, and people who cannot understand how to use the throw and/or use it properly.

The Sunbeam Warming Throw should be plugged directly into a 110-120 volt household outlet. It shouldn’t be used with an extension cord. Nor should it be used along with another warming product.

Don’t use this product on a water bed, bunk bed, couch, pet bed, or on an adjustable bed. When the Sunbeam Warming Throw isn’t in use, it should be shut off.

To avoid damage to the electric throw, and/or injury, keep children and pets off the Sunbeam Warming Throw.

Due to fire hazards, make sure the electrical cord doesn’t become pinched, folded, pinned or damaged.

Keeping Your Sunbeam Warming Throw Clean
You can clean this product- only the throw, not the control or electrical cords- by placing it in your washing machine, provided you follow the instructions in the users manual. You can also dry this throw in a machine, as long as you follow the manufacturer’s directions. You can even hand wash the Sunbeam Warming Throw and hang it up to dry. But again, consult the manual for specific instructions.

Do not dry clean this electric throw! You cannot iron, bleach, or use any type of cleaning liquids on the Sunbeam Warming Throw either.

Product Set Up
It only takes a few minutes to unpackage and set up the Sunbeam Warming Throw. Basically, you completely unfold it and plug the SlimStyle™ LED Control into the connector on the throw. You then plug it into an electrical outlet. If, by chance, a light flashes on the control, you’ll need to check the throw for damage. If none is visible, you’ll need to reset it.

Conclusion
It’s a bummer that I can’t hold my cats or my grandkids while I’m cuddled underneath my Sunbeam Warming Throw. But, I’d rather be safe than sorry. Still, if you’re looking for an attractive, lightweight electric throw that will help keep you warm and comfortable during those chilly months, I recommend buying this product. I’ve already used my Sunbeam Warming Throw a few times when the weather was damp and chilly.
