Spider-Man Themed Party Favor Ideas for Kids

Party Favor Ideas

Do you have a pint sized Spider-Man fan living in your household? If so, you may want to considering throwing your spidey wanna-be a Spider-Man themed birthday party this year. I happen to be a big fan of Spider-Man myself. As such, I have a few Spiderman party favor ideas that I am willing to share. Here they are:

Spiderman Edibles

Regardless of the party’s theme, edible party favors are often well received by kids. And when it comes to Spider-Man themed edibles, you’ll certainly have a lot to choose from. Authentic Spider-Man candy molds and cookie cutters are worth investing in if you want to make your own treats. However, be prepared to invest a pretty penny in order to obtain one. Based on my experience, a set of Spider-Man Cookie Cutters tends to sell through specialty shops for $10 to $20. A Spider-Man Lollipop Mold will generally lighten your wallet by about $5. A less expensive option is to purchase generic spider candy molds and spider cookie cutters. They tend to sell for less than $3 each. The generic molds will create edibles that keep with the theme but leave your wallet fairly undisturbed.

You could also opt to purchase a case of ready-made Spider-Man Candy Sticks. What’s nice about the Spider-Man Candy Sticks is that they come with temporary tattoos. Therefore, it’s like getting two party favors in one. A case of Spider-Man Candy Sticks is typically available through party supply shops for $12.

Silly String

One of my all-time favorite Spider-Man themed party favors is Silly String. It will let your party guests become web slingers just like Spidey. Silly String usually sells for less than $3 a can through most party supply shops. I have also purchased it through discount stores, costume shops and specialty stores as well.

Spider-Man School Supplies

Spider-Man school supplies are sure to be a hit with your party guests. I’d suggest that you consider handing out party favor bags filled with Spider-Man Activity Books ($10 per dozen), Spider-Man Stickers ($6 per 100 stickers), Spider-Man Crayons ($1 per box), Spider-Man Notebooks ($1 each) and Spider-Man Pencils ($1 per box). In my experience, many of the items may be purchased through school supply stores, department stores and party supply shops.

Spider-Man Water Bottles

Personally, I like handing out water-bottles as party favors because they tend to be inexpensive, useful and long-lasting. With that said, there are companies that sell 15 ounce, plastic Spider-Man Water Bottles for less than $2 each. You may also want to consider filling the water bottles with red and blue candies as an extra added surprise. If you do decide to go that route, I’d recommend that you use miniature M&M; candies.
