With more and more teens looking at celebrities for inspiration it seems as though there is a healthy new trend breaking through! Having six pack abs used to be a thing only seen in bodybuilders as well as jocks. But more and more teens your age are getting into this new obsession. Every teenaged guy wants a six pack, but few go to achieve this physical prowess. Now this can be for a number of reasons, most are just too lazy or busy to worry about having the perfect beach body! Lie on your back and bring your knees up and bend them, almost like you’re sitting on a chair that’s on the ground. Then place your finger tips on the side of your neck. Slowly bring your chest to your knees and hold it there for five seconds. Then go back to the starting position paying close attention not to rest your back on the floor again. Keeping your back elevated about an inch off of the ground at all times is a fantastic way to improve your workout. Just do this exercise whenever you get about fifteen to twenty minutes of down time. Before you know it you’ll be ripped with the finest six pack abs that you’ve ever seen!
