Calendars help us organize our lives. There are several places where you can find free printable calendars to print out and display in your home or office. This article details five sites that have free printable calendars available.

About.com: About.com has a good selection of calendars for the 2008 year. I think their calendar designs are better than others on the web because they have very unique styles. For instance, among the March calendar selection, there is a “special days calendar” which lists special, little known holidays for the month of March, such as Dr. Seuss’ birthday and Johnny Appleseed Day. Other calendars in the March calendar selection include a calendar that includes a craft project (because it is National Craft Month) and a calendar you can color a picture on.

About.com also has options to allow you to print a calendar for the entire year on one page as well as options to create your own calendar designs.

Eprintable.com: Eprintalbe.com is another website that offers a good selection of free printable calendars. The calendar designs are better than on other websites because the pictures the site allows you to choose from look like actual high quality photographs.

This site allows you to choose from a variety of designs including, but not limited to a city, farmhouse, sunset, Lamborghini, mountains, Ferrari, sea, and trees. You can also choose from a variety of love, friendship, motivational, life, dream, idea, and responsibility quotes or Bible verses to put on your calendar.

Print Free: Printfree.com has a nice selection of printable calendars for each month. Among the themes are animals, nature scenes, and flowers. The designs on this site are better than many sites because many of the calendar designs look like photographs. This site also has some black and white calendars, so no matter what your style, you will likely find a printable calendar you like here.

iPhlogger: IPhlogger has a unique selection of 2008 printable calendars. The designs are better than they are on other sites because this site has life-like photos of animals and flowers.

This site has a slight drawback in that you can only print the current month’s calendar.

Calendar Home: Calendar Home has an amazing selection of calendar designs! The designs for these free printable calendars look like high quality photos, making them better than many other designs other websites provide for printable calendars. Designs include space and astronomy, wildlife, nature scenes, and art.

Once you have printed out your calendar, there are several ways in which you can display it to be most useful to you. My grandmother used to display her calendar inside her pantry door so she would have easy access to it whenever she needed it. Other places you might consider putting your printable calendars are on a kitchen cabinet, on the refrigerator, on or inside a closet door, or on your bedroom door. Any place you can display your calendar that is easy to access and where you will see it often would make a good place for it.

These websites are great places to get free printable calendars. Whether you love flowers, nature, or animals, you are sure to find a free printable calendar you like at these sites.
