The holidays are upon us and our family does a fair amount of entertaining. When guests come to dinner I love to serve appetizers and wine before the meal. Having a great tasting frozen appetizer at my disposal makes my evening stress free.

Great Tasting Appetizers
The appetizers are wrapped in fluffy and flaky phyllo dough. The Feta-Sundried Tomato Phyllo Rolls are filled with feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, and herbs and spices. They are made with real butter and cream!
I love mushrooms, and the Mushroom Phyllo Triangles are filled to the brim with fresh tasting Portobello, Shitake, and button mushrooms. They are stuffed with cream, wine, mushrooms, onions and seasonings.
Last, the Spinach Pesto Puffs, my personal favorite, are made with Parmesan cheese, sauteed spinach, walnuts and are flavored with basil.
I do one complaint about these appetizers. The Spinach Pesto Puffs require 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven, while the Fest-Sundried Tomato Phyllo and Mushroom Phyllo Triangles only need to be baked for 5-8 minutes. That means setting my timer twice. I’d rather stick all of them into the oven together and have them ready in the same amount of time.
