Premiere Pro Series 36″ Gas Range Review

Convection Oven, Gas Range

There are some gas ranges that are absolutely wonderful, and then there are those that you should avoid at all costs. However, unless you are an appliance genius, it can be difficult to differentiate between the two. While there are some features you should make sure are standard in your gas range, such as sealed burners and if it has a convection oven make sure it’s a true convection system, there are others that aren’t really that great, such as burners with no simmer options. There is one gas range that I have found to be complete, without too many features. I am talking about the Premier Pro Series 36″ Gas Range, Model: P36S328BP.

This range comes with some of the greatest, usable, features within the gas range appliance industry. One of the features that make this range user-friendly is the 10″ stainless steel backsplash, which will protect your wall behind the range from any type of splattering. Within this gas range you will receive a total of six sealed burners (top heating elements), which will allow you to cook multiple items at once. These burners have been specially engineered to cook specific types of foods, and they each have a unique heat output.

You will receive one burner at 15,000 BTUs, one 12,000 BTU burner and three 9,100 BTU burners. However, one of the best burners on this range that you will find to be extremely useful is the Precise Simmer element that has a starting BTU of 600 and it only heats up to 6,000 BTUs. You are also given continuous cooking grates, which will prevent your pots and pans from tipping over due to an uneven surface.

The oven features a separate broiler section, which allows you to broil your dishes without taking up room in the actual oven compartment. There is a Keep Warm feature that keeps your food at an even temperature. This feature will keep your food items warm without actually cooking them any further. There are two oven racks, which allow you to cook multiple dishes at once. Both of these racks have been outfitted with heavy-duty materials, making them virtually impossible to break.

This gas range also features electronic ignition, which allows the gas burners and oven to be lit easily. However, if the power is out, you are still able to cook your food by manually lighting the burners and oven with a match. One of the features that make this a one-of-a-kind gas range is the lifetime guarantee on all of the top burners. The average price for this Premier Gas Range is $1,200 making it incredibly affordable for all budgets.
