Bed City) is a family owned business since 1945. According to the Better Business Bureau as of Thursday February 14, 2008 Pearlstein Furniture Company (a.k.a. Bed City) has a “satisfactory record”. Howard Pearlstein, the younger of the two, is always there to help you as well as his father, Mr. Pearlstein. Howard makes shopping at Pearlstein Furniture Company (a.k.a. Bed City) fun, relaxed and easy.
I think the best of the many great deals to be found at Pearlstein Furniture Company (a.k.a. Bed City) are the mattresses (and the sleigh beds). Pearlstein Furniture Company (a.k.a. Bed City) offers many top name brands such as: Sealy Posturpedic and Stears & Foster at prices that are discounted 50% or more!!! Same day delivery is just a small charge extra (you should also tip, cause these moving delivery guys are super cool). I paid just $450 for my queen size mattress and it has pillow top on both sides! I even got a frame and box spring! This mattress makes me feel as if I am sleeping on a cloud…so luxurious. How did I ever survive without it? You’ve gotta get one!!!

There is no shame in asking for something that’s really cheap, they don’t mind. Or if you have the cash try something more luxurious.
When you walk into Pearlstein Furniture Company (a.k.a. Bed City), you will enter their large and plentiful furniture showroom. The discount mattresses are not immediately visible to you as they are in a connecting room. To find the fabulous discounted mattresses, simply walk back to the center of the store and walk through a door on your right. Of course, some friendly and helpful salesperson will probably have already greeted you and shown you the way.
So you want to check out Pearlstein Furniture Company (a.k.a. Bed City), but you are worried cause it’s in the city you won’t have a place to park? Don’t worry, parking at Pearlstein Furniture Company (a.k.a. Bed City) is easy, but you will need a couple of quarters as there is on street parking in front of the store, on Girard Ave. Pearlstein Furniture Company (a.k.a. Bed City) is located conveniently close public transportation. Who knows, but I think you could probably get a ride home in the delivery truck with your stuff if you came by Septa (these guys at Pearlstein Furniture Company are that Philly neighborhood style cool). If there is a better deal on matresses in Philly, I can’t find it.
