Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush Versus Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush

Electric Toothbrush, Electric Toothbrushes, Oral B, Sonicare

I never use to look forward to going to the dentist. The dentist would frequently tell me I have a cavity. The dentist would educate me on taking good care of my teeth. Taking care of my teeth meant staying away from sugars, flossing and brushing. My dentist suggested purchasing an electric toothbrush that would help clean the back of my teeth and massage the gum areas. I followed my dentist advice and bought an electric toothbrush. I have used two different types of electric toothbrushes. One is called the Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush and the other is Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush.

The Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush has different features that will benefit any teeth. The Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush product claims to massage your teeth and gums with 40,000 pulsations per minute. I could feel when I am using the Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush that it is making a difference. The Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush removes plaque better than a regular toothbrush. It would take me forever with a regular toothbrush to make 40,000 movements. The Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush has soft bristles that are gentle against my teeth. The bristles are fine enough to get in between my teeth and underneath my gums. If I put too much pressure on my teeth the brush as sensors, which would stop the toothbrush from pulsating. The bristles also have a color indicator that tells me it is time to purchase a new head brush. For example, I bought a head brush that was dark blue in color when it became very light that was the indicator to buy a new one. My teeth appear clean and sparkly after a few minutes of brushing with the Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush. The Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush comes with an extra toothbrush head and a base with a cord to recharge the toothbrush. The Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush costs about $80 dollars. The Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush can be purchased at Kmart stores.

The also has features that will benefit your teeth. The Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush is an electric toothbrush that moves quickly to get rid of the plaque on your teeth. I feel a clean difference whenever I have used the Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush. The bristles are soft and comfortable against my teeth. My teeth and gums always feel like they are getting a total mouth massage. The Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush has a 30 second timer that encourages me to keep brushing my teeth. The Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush also has a color change indicator on the bristle that tells me it is time to get a new toothbrush head. The Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush comes with one toothbrush head, one charger base with a cord and a travel case. The Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush costs about $120 dollars and can be purchased at Kmart stores.

The Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush and the Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush are both wonderful products. They are both very similar with a few minor differences. The Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush comes with a cute traveling case. I also like the fact that the Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush has a 30 second timer that encourages me to keep brushing. The Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush seems to have finer bristles that the Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush. So I think the Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush does a better job at cleaning hard to reach areas. The Oral B Pulsating Toothbrush is $30 dollars cheaper than the Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush. Picking one product over the other is difficult but if I had to I would pick the Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush. Overall it does the best job and comes with a reasonable price tag.
