Nightlife Club Scene in Dallas, Texas: Greenville Ave

Blarney Stone, Dallas Tx, Deep Ellum, Muddy Waters

Greenville Avenue is one of the hottest club scenes in Dallas, Texas. Like Deep Ellum, it offers a wide range of bars, many of which feature live music. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from on Greenville Avenue. Lower Greenville tends to be the favorite hot spot of both natives and visiting tourists, although Upper Greenville also provides some excellent amenities.

Finding a place to park on Greenville Avenue can be tough when the crowds arrive on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. However, the bars are all within walking distance of one another. So the best way to cope is probably to park a ways off, and walk in, especially if you plan to go bar hopping. The weather in Dallas, Texas is pleasant in the evenings during the spring, summer. It never gets very cold in the fall or winter, but it can be rainy. So if you’re traveling to Dallas, Texas during the months of September through February, be sure to bring an umbrella.

The bars on Greenville Ave. are usually very smoky, but several have outdoor seating. Generally, bars are open until 2 am.
