Simply mix one quarter cup olive oil with one quarter cup lemon juice. Drink it down quickly and chase it with a tall glass of water (distilled is the purest and best for you). Like I said, the taste is horrible, but you will realize it is worth it. And the good news is that you should only repeat the procedure once each month.

Another great cleansing remedy is not only simple and inexpensive, but it tastes rather good and can be used daily if you choose. You will not end up in the restroom for long periods at a time because this is an entire cleansing, not just the digestive system. In a coffee cup pour one eighth cup lemon juice, one tablespoon honey, and one teaspoon cayenne pepper. Fill with warm water, stir until honey is mixed in and drink warm or add ice and drink cold. This is a great remedy that will keep your system clean and healthy, and clear of those toxins you put in your body on a daily basis.

As you may have noticed, the one main ingredient for cleansing yourself from the inside out is lemon juice, so besides the two remedies I have just told you about; you may want to drink a glass of lemon juice enhanced water each morning before eating breakfast. Not only will it help fend off many different chemicals and preservatives you come in contact with throughout the day, but it will also decrease your appetite so you eat less and you will find yourself craving healthier foods to eat.
