Usually, this ant will be in the nest so you will need to find it. Sometimes, you may see a queen ant wandering by herself.

There are a few different scents that are known to repel ants. Putting them in or around your home can be a good way to get rid of ants. Some of the different scents that ants despise include vinegar, peppermint, cinnamon, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and bay leaves. Try to keep all of these scents out of the reach of children or animals because they may be harmful.

Probably the best way to naturally get rid of ants is to find their nest. This can be difficult but if you pay attention to where the ants are coming from, it shouldn’t be too hard. Once you find it, the best way to get rid of the nest is to pour boiling water on the ants.
