Nascar: Free Printable Coloring Pages

Looking for ways to encourage your little Nascar fan? We sometimes forget that children can be huge fans of Nascar and are right there with us cheering for their favorite driver. To keep little fans busy and decorate their own space the internet can help. I have found some websites that offer free printable Nascar coloring pages and also one that helps school little ones without even knowing it. Get ready, Get Set, GO!

1. www.doverspeedway.com

This is the official website of Dover Speedway “The Monster Mile”. To find the free printables they offer here, just go to Fan Zone and then click on Just for Kids. This brings you to a whole page dedicated to the little Nascar racing fan. Dover offers a few different games and they have three different Monster Mile Graphics available to print and color. If you search a bit farther down on the page you can find a word search for beginners. Once you have mastered that you can then move on to the advanced word search. This is sure to be a bookmarked page in many Nascar fan households.

2. www.nascarspeedpark.com

And we are off again. When you visit this website for the little Nascar fan you go to the Kid Zone and then you have a few different options available. First of all you can meet Sparkie the Sparkplug, enjoy Sparkie’s photo gallery, and then you can print out three different images all for free. This website is very easy to use and is great for the littlest Nascar fan.

3. www.coloringkidsboys.com

This website offers a whole lot of rough and tough coloring action! Do you have a Jeff Gordan or Dale Earnhardt Jr. Fan? This is the perfect website for them. This website features these two drivers and then also has a free printable coloring page of the Dodge Avenger Nascar. This website also features tips and tricks for coloring these pictures. Not only is this site awesome for the Nascar fan but also the budding artist. The site also features other cars that are not Nascar related. The website is somewhat easy to use. It can be a bit confusing for the first time but once you look through it the navigation process gets a bit easier.

4. www.indy500.com

This site is awesome! This is for the bigger boys and the not so small tots. Find the community tab and then click on Design It. This will bring you to a very cool page where you will be viewing other people’s designs. This website allows you to printout templates of different racing vehicles, design them to your own specifications, and then upload it back on to the site for all other racing fans to see. I highly recommend this website. Not only do they offer free Nascar coloring pages but you can design and then show the rest of the world. Way Cool!!

5. www.doverpublications.com

This website asks for you to provide an e-mail so that you can enter the site. If you are willing to do this you can get some awesome coloring pages. They are racecars but not actually Nascar branded. Once you provide your e-mail address then you will get selected coloring pages delivered to your inbox. This site does double duty. These free printable coloring pages from Dover are really awesome as well. They provide a least one hour of fun.

6. www.crayola.com

Okay, I realize this is Crayola, but for the little one who only wants to color because everyone else is… this site will satisfy that need. They actually have a Crayola race car printable. If you type car into the site search bar you will find there are 16 different printable coloring pages. Even though this is not Nascar branded, it is still a race car.

7. www.happyhomeschool.familyclassroom.net

Okay, last but certainly not least, this website would be great for a summer lesson on Nascar. Karen Caroe has spent a little bit of time thinking this lesson plan about Nascar through. (She also has many other lessons available) You must enter the site about the middle of the page and then you go down the page almost to the bottom. This is where you will find Funschool Unit Study Archives and then you must click on that. Once the next page loads all you have to do is look for Nascar and then click on that. The lesson plan should load and you are well on your way to teaching a fun lesson about Nascar. I know it really isn’t coloring pages but can provide to be a useful tool for homeschoolers or to keep your child’s mind active this summer.

I hope these free printable Nascar coloring pages and other websites can help keep your little Nascar fan busy and also help to show their pride for this sport, as well. Enjoy and Happy coloring!
