Upon entering the store the customer will find an organized display of crafting materials. The first thing a shopper will see upon entering the store is the scrapbook section. The store offers many choices from stamps and inks to paper and punches. Located in the center of the store is the floral desk. Here anyone looking to order an arrangement or have a question answered will find a knowledgeable person to help. Aside the floral desk are a number seasonal flowers for the average person to buy and make their own floral arrangement. The store also offers a framing department that specializes in framing pictures and building shadow boxes. There are thousands of choices to choose from.
The store itself is very clean and organized. The items that are displayed are well stocked and easy to find. The floors were well kept and clutter free. Their storage bins were safely stored and appeared to be marked well for an associate to read. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked for use as well.
The thing that stood out the most was their customer service. This author was there over the holiday’s and was looking for a particular stamp that had been advertised. The stamp was popular and was sold out on the shelf. An associate asked if they could help locate another one and knew right where to look for any extra stamps. Unfortunately the storage bin was empty as well. The associate went and inquired another sales person and they went to the rear of the store and went through some boxes they got in that morning and came out with the stamp. The whole process took about ten minutes but shows the level of service the store is willing to provide.
