With all of the choices we have available to us, in instant coffee brands, Maxwell House Instant Coffee and Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee are two of my favorite brands. Of course I think one is a bit better than the other. I have drank both of these brands of coffee and enjoy them.
Maxwell House Instant Coffee has been around for quite some time. Folgers is a household name. Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee maintains it’s top level on the coffee market scale. Both Maxwell House Instant Coffee and Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee strive to meet all of our coffee needs and wants. The taste off can be quite challenging.
Maxwell House Instant Coffee is rich and flavorful. It is a quality product that is easy to use. This brand has been around since 1892. That is a long time. Maxwell House Instant Coffee has a full flavor. It is known as a true American classic coffee. I enjoy the smoothness of the flavor. It goes down easy with almost any breakfast food. Maxwell House Instant Coffee is wonderful alone. It does not need a certain food or cake to make it taste special. It’s flavor is unique and it blends well with cream and sugar. When you buy Maxwell House Instant Coffee you know that you are buying a quality product. You can taste it, in every cup.
One bad point about Maxwell House Instant Coffee is the fact that it can be considered mild flavored. The taste is very smooth but, does not have that bite you back attitude that I find in Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee. Maxwell House Instant Coffee does not have the strong wake you up aroma that Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee has. In my opinion, Maxwell House Instant Coffee is a second choice to Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee. Maxwell House Instant Coffee does not have the strength of a good and strong cup of coffee. Of course, If you are looking for a mild cup of coffee, Maxwell House Instant Coffee will do just fine.
Another thing about Maxwell House Instant Coffee that I do not like is the size of the coffee ingredient particles. When I compare them to Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee, they do not measure up. Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee has large coffee crystals that sparkle with rich coffee bean shine. I just do not see this shine or richness in the Maxwell House Instant Coffee particles, before or after adding water. The look of a cup of Maxwell House Instant Coffee is lighter and not as rich or as thick looking as a cup of Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee.
The aroma of Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee is strong and flavorful, even dry. When you prepare a cup of Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee, the aroma is wonderful and strong. The flavor is unique. The taste is bold and will wake you up. You know that you are drinking a great cup of coffee. Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee is a product that is high quality and from a trusted brand and company. This coffee is rich, strong and great tasting. Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee is easy to prepare. Cream and sugar mix well with Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee. Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee goes well with breakfast, cakes or alone. Another good point is that I do not get a bad aftertaste from this coffee. Maxwell House Instant Coffee leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste. It is mild but, present.
Both Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee and Maxwell House Instant Coffee are pure coffee and use quality ingredients. When I want a great tasting cup of coffee and I am in a hurry, Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee is my first choice. If I need a mild cup of coffee, I go for Maxwell House Instant Coffee.
Both of these products are great and save me time. I consider Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee to be the winner in my home and in my cup.
