Note: You will notice that I didn’t mention any of the Victoria’s Secret Angels on this list just because they automatically make any hotness list in my mind although I was disappointed to see that Miranda Kerr and Candace Swanepoel did not make the Maxim Hot 100 for 2010.
The Deserving

Yes! I love that a youtuber is on here. It’s great that a self-made funny girl can make the list and have the looks to hold her own on the Maxim Hot 100!

I just thought I would mention her because I was sure from the beginning that she would win the Victoria’s Secret model search and I was right.
73. Zooey Deschanel
This is the girl I am most excited about having on the Maxim Hot 100. 500 Days of Summer was awesome and even all the guys admit that “it wasn’t that bad for a chick flick.” She’s not your typical girl and that’s what makes her so attractive.
62. Lyndsy Fonseca
She was in two of my favorite movies this year (Kick-Ass, Hot Tub Time Machine) and she’s pretty, too!
59. Lindsey Vonn
Athleticism is automatically hot. Being an Olympic gold medal winner makes it even better.
30. Hayden Panettiere
I approve. I have no explanation but I totally agree.
17. Leighton Meester
My favorite star on Gossip Girl. She plays the part of the conniving rich girl so well that it is difficult to not be drawn in. Plus, have you seen her new music video Somebody to Love?!
14. Scarlett Johansson
Scarlett Johansson does not need anyone to explain why she made the Maxim Hot 100. I think she is the hottest woman in Hollywood. Hope everyone enjoyed Iron Man 2!
Both Kristin Cavallari and Stephanie Pratt made the Maxim Hot 100 list for 2010, but Audrina is the only The Hills star who could stand a chance next to the rest of the ladies on this list.

Another one that I just approve of.

Rihanna has never failed to be hot to me. And the fact that she’s remained consistent ever since she broke out as a star proves that she should make the list.

Another Gossip Girl star! Who does not think this blonde is hot with that bangin’ body and free spirit?
The Iffy
78. Emma Roberts
She’s still young but still playing high school roles. She’s adorable on screen but she’s still got a little ways to go.

We all know why guys love her. A pretty woman on ESPN? Isn’t that an automatic ticket to the Maxim Hot 100 for 2010? Yes, Dancing with the Stars made her relevant but she wouldn’t be on the list for me.
31. Taylor Swift
She’s cute and I admit that I sing along whenever her songs come on the radio. But hot? I don’t know.
15. Amanda Bynes
Yes, it’s been a long time since her Nickelodeon days but frankly, she hasn’t done anything striking enough to make everyone forget her as the hilarious little girl from All That and The Amanda Show.
5. Megan Fox
I admit that she deserves to be on the Maxim Hot 100 but number 5? She was a shoo-in at first but now she’s becoming increasingly less attractive. When will she become old news?
Yes, she holds the number one spot but what has she really done in the last year? This is the only one I might dismiss not because of her lack of hotness but simply because she’s irrelevant. Keep in mind this list came out before her new summer record.
The Undeserving

I have nothing against slightly older women. It seems that many did not make the list this year but in this case I don’t think that just because you are a not-so-bad looking woman on a crazy popular show such as American Idol you should make the Maxim Hot 100.
87. Chelsea Handler
She’s funny but that is all.
56. Ke$ha
I will not even bother explaining myself for this one.
Of course, these are just my choices for the Maxim Hot 100 for 2010 and a good chunk of the male population will disagree. To each their own!
