Notes on the Napa Valley Grille. The Napa Valley Grille is one of the Minneapolis restaurants that caters to an adult crowd. While it is in a mall, it is not your usual mall restaurant. It is comparable with the best and restaurant has to offer. If you are shopping in the mall, it would be a great lunch treat, but at the times when the mall is busy, the restaurant will be just as busy, so you may just have to sit a wait for a bit.
