Pomeranian – This adorable little dog is a lively, friendly, and loving companion. They are curious dogs and need early training to reduce their tendency to bark. They are however smart and love learning. Poms have friendly and adorable faces, and a body full of fur, which must be brushed regularly to reduce matting and shedding.
Maltese – This breed is extremely intelligent. They are also playful, friendly and loving companions. Training must be introduced at an early age to increase their trust of strangers and minimize their barking. They are best suited to older children.
Miniature Pinscher – This breed is extremely active and energetic. They are also very loyal companions, although can be aggressive towards other dogs despite their small size. They can be stubborn in training which makes early training necessary. They are best suited to older children.
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel – This breed is a happy and elegant dog that is very easy-going. They are playful and loyal and are very family oriented. They are suited to small children and love constant companionship. They are also a well-known lapdog.
Papillion – This friendly dog is affectionate and quite intelligent. They are very energetic and very playful, and enjoy long walks and runs. They are best suited to older children.
