One of my food weaknesses is sour cream. It is the perfect compliment to many types of foods including Mexican food and baked potatoes, and it can be used as a base for many types of dips and spreads. The Knudsen Hampshire Sour Cream is rather high in fat content, but a light variety is also available with the same taste but which is lacking in some of the creamy smoothness that gives sour cream its unique texture.
