Pumpkin Patch

Items needed
Mini Pumpkins
Strawberry Yogurt
Fresh Strawberries
Mint Sprigs
Shredded Lettuce
Holiday or Party Themed Serving Tray
Plastic Drinking Cups (3 ounce size)

Directions
Fill each plastic cup up to the top with the yogurt. Make a small hole in the top of each strawberry by using a toothpick and then place one sprig of fresh mint into the hole. Set the strawberry on top of the yogurt. Cut the top off of each pumpkin and remove the filling. Place each cup of yogurt down inside of a mini pumpkin. Sprinkle the bag of shredded lettuce onto the serving tray to resemble grass. Set each pumpkin on top of the lettuce and then place them on the serving tray. Put in fridge and chill until ready to serve.

Create Your Own Cupcake

Mini Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches

Items needed
Peanut butter (smooth works best)
Jelly (your favorite flavor)
Mini rice cakes

Directions
Use a butter knife or spoon to spread peanut butter & jelly between two Quaker mini rice cakes. Kids will love the crunchiness these have and you won’t have to cut off the crust off the bread if you have a picky eater.

Waffle Bowl Mix

Items needed
Popped Popcorn (4 cups)
Cheerio Cereal (4 cups)
Mixed Dried Fruits Pieces (2 cups)
Raisins (2 cups)
1 Large Bag of Caramels (melted) optional
Mini Waffle Bowls

Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the popcorn, cereal, dried fruit & raisins until all the ingredients are distributed nicely. Put about one-and-a-half cups of the mixture into each waffle bowl. Drizzle the melted caramel over the top of the mix. Instead of using a waffle bowl, another cute serving option for a party would be to put the snack mix inside of mini hinged wooden boxes that come with a lid. Be sure to line the box with wax paper. You could paint the names of each guest on the lid and the sides of each box. Then each guest would have a little gift to take home with them.

Mini Bean Nachos

Items needed
Tostitos Scoops Tortilla chips
15 oz can refried beans
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 oz can diced black olives
8 oz can Rotelle Tomatoes
Sour Cream

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the refried beans and Rotelle tomatoes together and warm them in the microwave using a microwave safe bowl. Spoon some of the mixture into each chip and add some sprinkles of the cheddar cheese. Arrange the chips onto a cookie sheet and place in the oven. Heat until the cheese melts. Add a slice of olive & a dab of sour cream on top of each chip before serving.
