Is Tim Farrell the Son of Elvis Presley?

Is Tim Farrell the Son of Elvis Presley?

In July of 1954, a young Rebecca Hawkins Stewart, had just moved to Memphis Tennessee. She was staying with a step sister, and had not been in town for long. A group of girls decided to go out for a night on the town. Rebecca and a few of the girls decided to go to a popular hangout. The Eagles Nest, which is where a young Elvis Presley performed.

Elvis was no king at this time in his life. Matter of fact he was just a typical teenager, trying to work his way to making a record. In other words Elvis Presley was not yet famous. (Imagine that, Elvis A. Presley was just a regular guy.)

Rebecca and the girls walked into the Eagles Nest and Elvis was on stage singing. Rebecca said, “Elvis asked her to dance, but she refused”. (Holland, 2002) The night kept going, and other performers would take the stage, and Elvis would come right back, and ask Rebecca to dance. She refused, until he got jokingly funny about the situation and called her a chicken. She finally accepted. This danced turned to several dances during the night.

The Eagles Nest was closing. Rebecca, her new friend Mattie, and Elvis and his band, decided to go and eat chili. There was a small all night café close to the Eagles Nest. They all sat and talked until, the wee hours of the morning. It was time to get these girls home” said Elvis, according to Rebecca. (Holland, 2002)

Trying to get Rebecca back home was near impossible. Rebecca had just moved to Memphis, and couldn’t remember how to get back to her step sisters house. Elvis and the band took Rebecca and Mattie to the Pink Flamingo Motel, with the intentions, for the girls to stay all night, then go back home in daylight. Mattie on the other hand, knew where her house was and in the 50’s, she knew to get back home, and alone.

Mattie went home, the band carried her. Rebecca was going to stay at the Pink Flamingo, alone. Oh No, Rebecca was not alone, Elvis said, “a motel is no place for a lady to stay all alone”. He led the band members out of the room. He then locked the door behind them.

Rebecca and Elvis had a lot in common. Elvis was born Jan 8th 1935. Elvis had lost his identical twin brother. Rebecca, was born Jan 3 1935, and lost her identical twin sister. They knew this was karma. One thing led to another and April 2, 1955 Timothy James Farrell was born…….

Elvis recorded that’s alright mama and it is believed to have been the next day, because when Rebecca woke up. Elvis was gone, but had left a note stating, he had something important going on with his music career. He would see her at the Eagles Nest.

Rebecca came out with this story in the 70’s. Tim Farrell was blown away, and stopped pursing his music career. Yes, Tim Farrell sounds just like Elvis Presley, looks like Vernon, Elvis’s father. Anyway, he was devastated and even angry at his mother, what a spectacle he had become. He blanked out and stopped his life practically. (Farrell, 2004)

Rebecca Holland is who Rebecca Stewart had become. She had raised 8 children and was an exceptional woman. She died with cancer September 19th 2002, God rest her soul. Prior to dying, while on her death bed. Timothy James Farrell at her bedside, asked “Mom who is my father?” Rebecca answered weakly, yet strong, “son, Elvis Presley is your father!” “Sit on it and do nothing, or prove it and give the world his music back.” The words spoke slowly, yet strong, of a dying mother. (Holland, 2002)

Timothy James Farrell of Michigan has been trying everything in his power to get DNA. He only wants to know who his father is. Lisa Marie absolutely refuses to volunteer DNA and it takes money to come against a situation like this in court. (Farrell, 2004)

Tim deserves an answer, and this story deserves to be told to the World. No, money isn’t the issue. Truth of knowing the truth is the issue at hand. Respect for a deceased mother, that she wasn’t crazy, (as some may have claimed) but told the honest truth. In closing of this story, for the record, Tim Farrell is an exceptional performer and naturally sounds like Elvis, the World deserves to know, the truth.

NOTE:

By the way, Tim Farrell is my half brother and Rebecca Holland is my mother. This story is being told as it was to me, the writer. All information within this article came from interviews of my mother, half brother, and self. Tim and I have been doing everything to just get DNA to prove, who he is. Hopefully this news will get out, and someone will help with providing DNA. (Riggins, 2010)
