The management system will allow for the organization to enter information and data regarding their program options. Clients may have questions about their case, how to donate, or how to become more involved. The system will allow for employees to answer all of those questions with a few simple clicks.

7. Goal Indicators
The organization can set goals and steps to achieve them. The organization can plan by using the information system to continuing the success of their mission. The goal indicators will allow management to review the steps and implement them. The indicators will also express how much further the organization has until reaching their goal.

8. Log Book
The log book will allow the organization to make sure they are providing customer excellence. This is very similar to the performance excellence measures but more specific. The employees can enter specific information into the system as to when and how they helped a client. The information will be available to reference in the future.

9. Input/Comments
The system also allows for employee and client input. The employees and clients will be able to brainstorm ideas as to how to improve the organization. The information can be viewed by management and taken into consideration. The comment section will also allow the managers to see where the company needs the most improvement. Do clients want to have more of something that the organization is not currently doing? The managers can consider the idea and possibly implement it to improve the company.

10. Organizational Planning
The system allows employees and management teams to review all aspects of the organization. The organization may plan for new services, opening other facilities, hiring new employees, spreading their business, and much more by reviewing the information within the system.
