World Wrestling Entertainment is the most well known wrestling federation in the world. If you are employed as a wrestler within this company you will be on television about two times a week. This will bring you fame and possibly a lot of money because the starting contract is about 80k depending on your skills and the following you build. If you would like to be an extra just to appear on television then you will just need to appear in the audience and be near the front. I was cast as an extra for their show years ago just because I was in the front near the entrance and they offered to give me some food if a wrestler could come steal it from me. I did not get paid but it was part of the show. If you would like to be cast as a wrestler and not just an extra then you should do the following:
1) You will need to have some wrestling skills, which include knowing how to fall onto the matt and how to throw a punch.
2) If you do not know these basics then you will not be successful in wrestling so you should go about learning these basics by getting professional training.
3) You can be trained at any wrestling school but you should find one, which will teach you the basics as well as develop your character and tell you how to conduct an interview.

5) I would suggest that you register for the Team 3D school because they give you personal attention which you will find to your benefit. You can register for their school at http://www.team3dacademy.com/.
6) Set up a viewing by a scout if you already have some wrestling skills. You can do this by placing a call to the WWE offices in Connecticut and telling them that you’re a professional wrestler who is looking to try out for the company. You can give them the details of where you will be performing and they will send a scout to the event. If the scout is impresses with the skills that they see then they will contact you to tryout live on their Raw or Smackdown show.
7) If you perform well then they will add you to the show. If this does not work then you can call the TNA offices and ask for a tryout and they will send a scout out for you.
8) They also have open tryouts before many Smackdown shows, you can find these posted on their website. You should show up early and be ready to perform to the best of your ability.
9) The best way to get a large contract is the work with another federation and build your following of fans. This will get you attention from scouts who think your character offers their company something and they will offer you a contract.
10) Besides building your character and learning how to interview correctly you can get notice quickly by picking a character which claims to be related to a current wrestler. This will get you notice and you will be contacted, if you are not then you should show up before the show and perform and you will likely get a good contract.
