Adding oatmeal to cool bathwater will bring relief from the sting of sunburn. Fill the bath will cool water, not cold. Add a 1/2 to 1 cup of oatmeal to the water and mix it in. You can also use Aveeno oatmeal powder found in the pharmacy.

Soak for 15 to 20 minutes to avoid drying out your sunburned skin even more. When you are done, let your skin air-dry instead of toweling off and don’t wipe the oatmeal off your skin.
